Eunice Hernández Ochoa has more than 25 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, product development, negotiation, and regulatory policy in both highly regulated, high-growth industries and the public sector.

She has held senior management positions in Fortune 500 telecommunications transnational companies such as American Tower, Nextel and Sprint, formulating positioning strategies, incubating innovation initiatives and product development, from its ideation phase to implementation.
 

She has led company acquisition transactions, strategic alliances, and spectrum acquisitions in public tenders, and she has also advised Fintech companies and government agencies in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Additionally, she has supported the launch of micro-enterprises as a pro bono activity.

Eunice has graduated in Administration from ITAM, and she has a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and senior management studies at IPADE.
